Such a product had already functioned within DiFFreight's activities, but it failed to cope with the tasks assigned to it. During its operation, a number of shortcomings and inconveniences were identified, and moreover, the functionality did not meet the needs of clients and the goals of our company.
Client cabinet based on proprietary CRM is one of the stages of implementing an ambitious goal – creating a highly convenient, high-tech system that will ensure effective operation of the logistics company. The first step in this direction was the creation of the logistician's cabinet, which is currently in the testing phase. Thus, by breaking down large tasks into smaller projects, we are developing step by step and achieving the established goals.
This product, which has no analogs in the logistics services market, is a unique development of our company that can elevate the client service process to a fundamentally new level. In the client cabinet, clients will receive all information about the stages of order fulfillment, communicate directly with the manager, and quickly receive answers to any questions. And all of this within a single service, which is as convenient and productive as possible!

The client will be able to familiarize themselves with its terms when signing the document during registration.
